Call for tenders: Acquisition of EU funds

Feasibility study and conception for the acquisition of funds from the European Union for the Transform Europe! Network

The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung is one of the largest political education institutions in Germany today and sees itself as part of the intellectual current of democratic socialism. The international activities of the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung aim to provide political education by means of social analysis, programmes and projects for democratic and social emancipation and developing capabilities for political action. To this end, the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung has a worldwide network of offices and partner organizations.

The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung, Brussels Office, requires a feasibility study and conception for the acquisition of funds from the European Union. These funds should be acquired by the Transform Europe! Network (a strategic partner of the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung) and its affiliated organizations for its activities in the European Union:

The feasibility study and conception for the acquisition of funds from the European Union by the Transform network aims to:

1. Define the opportunities of EU Funding for the Transform Network;
2. Map criticality and eligibility criteria;
3. Develop a strategic roadmap to EU Funds in the short, middle and long-term;
4. Especially: suggest an internal set-up and management of resources, to best support the activities in the field of EU Public Funding.

The study should be submitted in its final form on 31st March, 2018. It may be submitted in English or German language.

We ask the author for a proposal for the honorarium.
