About Our Organization

The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation is one of the six major political foundations in the Federal Republic of Germany, tasked primarily with conducting political education both at home and abroad. The foundation is closely linked to Die Linke, a democratic socialist party in the German parliament.

Since its founding in 1990, the foundation’s work has adhered to the legacy of its namesake, German socialist leader Rosa Luxemburg, and stands for democratic socialism with an unwavering internationalist focus. The foundati

on is committed to a radical perspective emphasizing public awareness, education, and social critique. It stands in the tradition of the workers’ and women’s movements, as well as anti-fascism and anti-racism.

Our Brussels office plays a key role in developing educational projects and promoting social justice internationally. With a multilingual and multicultural team of 12 members, we are fluent in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Arabic. As a tenant, you will be joining a committed and welcoming professional community.

A Central and Convenient Location

The Marolles district, located in the heart of Brussels, is an authentic and vibrant area. Known for the famous flea market at Place du Jeu de Balle, its cobbled streets lined with antique shops, art galleries, and cozy cafés, the area attracts a cosmopolitan and creative community. The lively neighborhood offers a variety of restaurants and shops, as well as excellent public transport connections, with Brussels-Midi and Brussels-Central train stations, as well as several tram (93, 92, 8) and bus (48, 52) lines nearby.

Subletting Conditions

Flexibility on the number of offices sublet: 1 or 2 offices, depending on your needs
Minimum duration: 1 month
Offer valid until summer of 2026 (end of our lease)

Price and Visits

– The rental price is set at 500 euros per office per month. If both offices are rented together, the price is negotiable. Please note that additional maintenance costs will apply if the conference room is used.
– First visits are scheduled for March 3, 4, 5 and 6, 2025, between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., and are by appointment only, to be arranged via email or phone.
