Service Agreement for Videography Services
The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung is one of the largest political education institutions in Germany today, with offices in many countries worldwide. The Brussels Office operates as a think tank focusing on European and international issues, including global power shifts and the socio-ecological transformation of contemporary societies.
The office intends to conclude a long-term framework agreement for videography services. These services will be awarded through a bidding process. We kindly ask you to submit your binding offer in English, including all signed and scanned documents.
Please note that only the terms of order and agreement — see separate document — shall apply.
We will only evaluate offers from applicants who fulfil all of the following criteria:
- Have signed, with a legally binding signature, the attached “Terms of Order and Agreement for Videography Services”, thereby confirming their acceptance;
- Have completed in detail and signed, with a legally binding signature, the attached indicative financial offer(s) (see price list via Appendix);
- Have submitted three references for Videography Services to similar clients;
- Have submitted their binding offer by Wednesday, 3 June 2026, 20:00 (Brussels time).
A decision will be taken by Friday, 12 June 2026 (end of day).
All offers will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
- Price: 50%
- Relevant references: 50%
