Left Organising

How do movements grow sustainably? How do political parties become more successful over time? How do unions turn individual wins into lasting improvements? Organising is about building collective power across communities, movements, unions, organisations and political parties. It means connecting with people around issues that matter to them, building trust, and developing leadership and structures to get into action, collectively.
Digital tools and platforms have transformed organising. Yet technology alone does not build power. What remains central is enabling people to act collectively and shape the world around them. This dossier explores both the possibilities and limits of digital technologies in organising.
